Meeting Notice If you would like to find out how to get involved in the Band Booster Organization and the Boosters’ efforts to support the band program, or just want to stay informed, come and join the Boosters at the monthly meetings.

. . Mandatory Band & Parent Meeting
We look forward to meeting you, welcoming you to the new school year and our Band Program! . All students and at least one parent/representative must be in attendance. Important topics to be discussed include: • Program Overview • Band Membership Registration and Fees • Band Booster Organization Information • Additional critical information about the 2010-2011 schedule and expectations
To speed up the processing of your forms, please bring a copy of your health insurance card (front & back) with you to the meeting. You are encouraged to fill out the forms and turn them in at the meeting.
This will be the only orientation meeting prior to Summer Band Camp. Your child will not be able to participate in marching band without completed band registration forms and a copy of your health insurance card on file!
