Banquet Planning 
The Band Banquet is held in the spring of every year to recognize our concert season achievements and congratulate our Seniors.

.

Banquet Committee General Guidelines
• Plan, organize, and execute the yearly band banquet.
• Obtain at least 3 bids for location/catering the event.
• Special committees may be established by the Chairperson for specific assignments.
• All expenditures, locations, and other information must have prior approval of the voting Booster membership and the Band Directors.
• The Chairperson of the committee shall give a status report at each regular committee meetings and Booster Organization meetings.

You may volunteer at the Parent (Booster) Meeting on Tuesday, November 16th, or by contacting Louise Logan, Booster President.

Water Cooler
All band members must observe the soda fast (no carbonated drinks). Water bottle donations are appreciated. Please deliver donations to the band room.
